What Our Customers are Saying...
"I had been using the Ranfac catheter during traditional cholecystectomy for several years because of its maneuverability and ease of insertion. With the advent of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, there was a clear need for downturn in the number of cholangiograms being performed due to the difficulty of insertion of the awkward flexible catheters into the cystic duct. I was concerned that this trend would ultimately lead to an increase in complications related to retained common bile duct stones.
I contacted the Ranfac Corporation to request a modification of their existing instrument to adapt it to laparoscopic surgery. Their research department was extremely receptive and responsive. The result is an instrument ideally suited to the rapid and safe performance of laparoscopic cholangiography."
