For requirements ranging from cutting to welding, our solid state Lasag Laser™ system effectively meets all specification needs. From the smallest possible kerf width (down to 0.0004"), we handle your cutting needs with extreme precision and ensure complete integrity of form. We can also meet both spot and steam welding applications for similar and dissimilar materials with milli-second accuracy.

» Electromechanical Grinding and Cutting

From Bone Marrow Biopsy, Localization and Manual Action Needles to Stiffening Cannulas, Catheters and Tubing, our Everite™ grinding and cutting system assures all Ranfac products have a high-precision, burr-free, electromechanical accuracy and uniformity, even with diameters as low as 0.0001".

» Assembly and Packaging

All assembly and packaging is performed by a staff that has extensive training and experience processing disposable medical devices within a controlled environment. All assembly processes are driven by documentation that are product/client
specific and all processes are approved by the client prior to the first production start up. Any changes to the assembly or packaging processes are pre-approved by the client.

EO-Gas Ranfac will coordinate all documentation, maintain and review all contracted sterilization services.

Validation Services:
Ranfac provides contracted certified sterilization validation services that meet current requirements for each form of sterilization. We can provide turnkey product validation with all necessary documentation, product sample submissions and quarterly validation requirements.
