Founded in 1888, Ranfac has grown to be an established, specialty manufacturer of Class I and II single use medical devices. Operating out of a 40,000 square foot facility, Ranfac is able to provide one-stop, finished good services as both an OEM partner and contract manufacturer to the medical device industry while also offering a range of Ranfac label devices across multiple specialties. Privately owned by the Robert M. Adler Family Trust, the company is dedicated to its vision of being the most efficient partner for medical device innovation through continuous improvement, technology investments and its growing and talented workforce.

Ranfac Corp. is devoted to maintaining the continuing effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Ranfac Corp. employees are committed to deliver products that consistently meet or exceed the requirements and reasonable expectations of our customers.
QUALITY DESIGN ETHOS
We ensure quality of design by including it in every step of the process. Ranfac quality ensures that all products are designed with the intent to be safe for both the patient and the user, as well as being efficient for operations to build out. Quality is engrained in the design process ensuring the Ranfac quality design ethos is upheld. The validation process ensures quality is involved every step of the way as does the Design History Process -- not just in the final step with quality control.
REGULATORY CERTIFICATIONS
Ranfac Corp. is an ISO 13485:2016 certified medical device manufacturer. We are also certified to Directive 93/42 EEC and maintain compliance with the FDA, CGMP/QSR. Our system is designed to ensure that records are kept for trending purposes. This trending is reviewed with executive management regularly to ensure the system is staying in compliance and resulting in conforming product being shipped to all of our customers. Our Quality System is designed to identify and mitigate risk wherever possible. Some of the tools we utilize are: AQL sampling and Statistical Process Control to ensure product compliance. A calibration system that ensures all of our gauges are within calibration and are NIST traceable. FMEAs, Control Plans, Designs of Experiments, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
